I’m a person who loves eating and drinking, simple.
As an extremely passionate global foodie with a well-developed palate, I love all cuisines, however, I often prefer foods that are spiced, full of flavour and far from bland. I adore chillies, make my own chilli relishes, sauces and chutneys and thus tend to favour foods with quite a bit of heat. And yes, I am a pretty good cook too.
The finest meals are always preceded, accompanied and completed by sips of nectar. There are few things finer than a cold beer or cider on a hot summer’s day, a cool cocktail by the beach, a deep dark delicious red with your main meal or an outstanding single malt to finish off a feast.
